About Us
What do we offer?
We offer tailored training to your TV and film needs offering firearms safety training by trained firearm users, range safety officers, ex military, police and security operatives. Our team have either worked in real world firearm environments, worked on set or use firearms to a high standard.
What do we teach?
The courses start with a safety brief and the basics of firearm safety discussing the different aspects of use on set and the types of firearms used. We then move on to movement drills whilst having an authentic portrayal of the characters you may find on set and start with individual and move on to group movements and basic entry methods with consideration paid to safety throughout. Our highly skilled martial arts instructors also teach weapon retention, knife & gun disarms and arrest and control protocols valuable for the portrayal of different characters on screen. We aim to film all attendees in order for them to have a visual reference for additional reference material to practice and acquire the correct safety/authenticity level.
Where is it?
We are located in the beautiful Kent countryside on a private estate in Penhurst. Our vast ancient forest estate provides the ideal back drop to filming and has many different types of woodland areas to make up a variety of woodland terrain. Our Estate is also for hire as a filming location whatever your production size, please feel free to contact us for more information.
