Where is it?
We are located in the beautiful Kent countryside on a private 54 acre estate in Penhurst a short 5 min journey from Penhurst train station by vehicle and just over an hour from central London. The vast ancient forest estate provides the ideal back drop to filming and has many different types of woodland areas to make up a variety of terrain and features on site such as ponds sandstone rock formations and a variety of tree species including pines, larches, oaks, chestnuts, red wood, sequoia, birch, silver birch, beech, ash as well as lots of shrubs and greenery like bracken and rhododendron.
What do we offer?
Our Estate is for hire as a filming location whatever your production size, please feel free to contact us for more information and pricing. The woodland has been mainly untouched and in a natural state but with some clear vehicle width tracks running around for easy access. We have a variety of wildlife on site including herds of deer, bats, birds of prey etc. The woodland is privately owned and therefore we can come to an agreement to suit your needs.
There are 2 vehicle entrances one accessible for 4 wheel drive only. The main entrance has a hard standing area that could allow for a small base set up and some parking, with potential to clear extra spaces for vehicles. We have had previous shoots take place in the woods and have successfully brought in HGV vehicles and large trailers for delivery cabins and logs on site.
Agreements can be made to make the location available all days/hours as its privately owned with no restrictions.
